What The Role Is
As a member of HDB's Strategic Communications & Engagement Group, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for the development and implementation of communications strategies to support our mission of housing a nation. You will develop compelling content strategies, manage digital platforms to promote understanding of HDB's programmes and initiatives, including positioning and marketing of HDB as an employer of choice amongst target industries.
What You Will Be Working On
Depending on your experience and suitability, you will be involved in one or more of the following:
- Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies for HDB's digital platforms, including content planning, production, and performance optimisation
- Create engaging, platform-specific content to effectively reach and resonate with diverse demographics, including Gen-Z audiences
- Develop branding and marketing communications initiatives to uplift HDB's employer brand image across diverse platforms and formats, maintaining brand authenticity while pushing creative boundaries
What We Are Looking For
- We are looking for a communications professional with a strong background in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field who can develop compelling content strategies
- You should possess an excellent command of English and strong interpersonal skills.
- Candidates must have a keen interest in current affairs and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Candidates with a background in creative content production, particularly experience developing engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, or professional networks like LinkedIn, GitHub, Reddit, or community platforms that resonates with developers and IT professionals would be preferred.
