Trinity Annual Conference (TRAC), Singapore, is seeking an experienced, passionate, creative and mission-driven individual to be the Communications Assistant Manager/Manager to lead our communications strategy and strengthen the communications engagement and support.

Job Description

The Communications Assistant Manager/Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategic communication initiatives that effectively promote the mission, values, programs, and impact of the organization.

The role ensures consistent messaging across all platforms, strengthens engagement with stakeholders, and supports the organization's outreach and mission objectives.

Strategic Communications Role & Responsibilities

The Communications Assistant Manager/Manager will play a key role in supporting the organization's mission, values, and strategic priorities by:

1.1 Mission Amplification - Ensuring TRAC'S vision and mission are centrally and clearly communicated.

1.2 Stakeholder Engagement - Developing structured communication channels that connect and strengthen partnership with diverse stakeholders.

1.3 Impact Visibility & Branding - Increasing visibility, awareness and influence for better alignment and engagement that showcase the organizational impact.

1.4 Organizational Alignment - Providing communications support and ensuring consistent messaging for publicity of initiatives, events and campaigns.

Scope of Duties

The Communications Assistant Manager/Manager will oversee and coordinate the organization's communication functions that cover:

1.1 Strategic communication leadership - Implementing a developed communication strategy to realize the desired outcomes of the mission and goals.

1.2 Content development and management - Managing communications content and messaging to ensure consistency across organizational entities.

1.3 Digital platform management - Enhancing the digital presence through website, social media platforms, e-print online publications and publicity.

1.4 Internal communication system - Developing communication initiatives that encourage participation and support for activities, events and campaigns.

1.5 Event and program support - Facilitating effective corporate communication between services, entities, stakeholders and community.

1.6 Partnership management - Liaising with communications volunteers and external vendors for media services and publications.

Qualifications & Experience

. Degree in Communications, Media, Marketing, or a related field.

. Minimum 5-8years of experience in communications, preferably within non-profit or charitable organization.

. Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.

. Experience in creative and digital communications and social media management, including AI.

. Ability to communicate and collaborate with different stakeholders, partners and community.
