Role Summary:
This role will consist of physical trading and paper trading within oil markets. The ideal candidate is a clear communicator and self-starter who demonstrates great ability to work both independently and within a team setting, especially while attempting to solve challenges in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
. Conduct thorough research and analysis on assigned commodities, including gathering market data, tracking trends, and assessing supply and demand dynamics.
. Coordinate and execute buying and selling activities for assigned commodities, ensuring efficient and profitable transactions.
. Develop and expand upstream and downstream resources, while establishing reliable procurement and sales channels maintain regular communication with clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering strong business relationships.
. Formulate and implement hedging strategies for commodity futures and financial derivatives, managing positions to mitigate risk and maximize returns.
. Collaborate with team members to generate comprehensive reports and insights, contributing to informed decision-making processes.
. Uphold the company's reputation through ethical and transparent dealings with customers and suppliers.
. Undertake additional tasks and projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic trading environment.
Requirements:
. Master's degree or above in a relevant field.
. Strong logical thinking, language and writing abilities, excellent communication and teamwork skills.
. Demonstrated practicality, diligence, and self-motivation capable of making quick decisions under pressure.
. Willing to learn with a proactive attitude.
. Fluent in English and Chinese to facilitate communication with stakeholders in China.
. Fresh graduates from top-tier institutions are encouraged to apply, 0-3 years of working experience preferred.
