Job Description
- Lead commissioning activities across multiple engineering projects
- Oversee full life cycle from design validation to system handover
- Ensure systems meet performance, quality, and compliance standards
- Coordinate contractors, vendors, and stakeholders on-site
- Identify and resolve technical issues during project execution
- Monitor timelines and ensure delivery within project schedules
- Review technical documentation and project specifications
- Prepare detailed commissioning reports and completion records
- Support project closeout and operational transition phases
The Successful Applicant
A successful Commissioning Engineer should have:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Experience in commissioning, design coordination, or project delivery
- Familiarity with critical environments (e.g. data centres) preferred
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
- Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and adaptable mindset
