Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Singapore for a Commission Sales Associate. The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for actively seeking and engaging with potential customers, presenting product offerings, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets. Additional responsibilities include maintaining customer records, following up on leads, analyzing market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Customer service and relationship-building abilities to provide an excellent customer experience and maintain lasting professional connections
- Proficiency in market research and analyzing sales data to identify opportunities and suggest improvements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey product benefits
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and detail-oriented approach to tasks and challenges
- Understanding of the specific market in Singapore and relevant experience in sales roles
- Experience in using CRM software is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or a related field is advantageous
