Role Overview

This is a commission-only, performance-based role for experienced or self-driven sales professionals who want flexible work and uncapped earning potential.

As a Tech Sales Partner, you will identify SME opportunities, consult on suitable solutions, and close deals across Entresys fixed-scope service offerings.

This role is not salaried and is best suited for freelancers, independent sales consultants, or individuals seeking commission-based income.

What You Will Sell

  • Odoo ERP setup & hosting

  • Corporate and e-commerce website development

  • Social media marketing services (monthly retainers)

All offerings are productized with fixed pricing, enabling faster sales cycles.

Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Generation

  • Prospect SME clients via your own network or outbound efforts

  • Handle inbound leads when assigned

  • Conduct discovery calls and solution discussions

Deal Closing

  • Present Entresys service packages clearly

  • Close deals and hand over signed clients to delivery team

  • Ensure scope and pricing alignment before closing

Pipeline Management

  • Track leads and deal status

  • Maintain clear communication with internal team during handover

Commission Structure (Indicative)

  • Websites: 25-40% per project

  • Odoo setup: 20-40% per project

  • Social media marketing: 10-20% recurring monthly commission

Requirements

Must-Have

  • B2B sales experience (tech, digital, or services preferred)

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to work independently

  • Comfortable with commission-only compensation

Good-to-Have

  • Existing SME network

  • Experience selling ERP, software, or digital services

  • Familiarity with SME operational challenges
