Your Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Ensure mise en place is in good order before each service.
Ensure proper storage of all food items and its working stations.
Ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen, storage area and equipment for hygiene purposes.
Ensure dishes required are prepared according to daily event order(s).
Assist in ensuring minimal wastage.
Prepare and present all dishes according to the Club's recipe.
Prepare dishes required for buffet, set lunch and dinner for functions.
Report any repair and maintenance work required.
Other responsibilities assigned as required.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience.
Entry level applicants are welcome as training will be provided.
Possess a valid food hygiene and safety certification.
Able to work split shifts, on weekends and public holidays.
Respectful team player who works cordially with peers and others.
Self-driven to manage tasks assigned.
Work well in a fast-paced environment.
Part-time positions are available as well ($12 an hour).
