Responsibilities
. Perform basic food preparation tasks, including washing, cutting, and preparing ingredients.
. Measure and portion ingredients according to recipes and kitchen requirements.
. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards within the kitchen and workstations.
. Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures at all times.
. Provide support to senior chefs during food preparation and service operations.
Requirements
. Certificate in Culinary Skills or equivalent professional qualification.
. Preferably minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the F&B industry or hotel.
. Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations
. Prior experience in the hotel or hospitality industry is preferred.
. Willingness to work on weekends, and public holidays as required.
