If you're eager to build strong kitchen fundamentals in a supportive, fast-moving environment - and want your afternoons off - this could be the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily food preparation, including mise en place, sauces, grilling, assembly and more
• Support service in a modern open-concept kitchen
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and kitchen hygiene
• Follow recipes and SOPs to ensure consistency and quality
• Assist with stock checks, prep lists and kitchen closing duties

Requirements

• Valid Food Hygiene Certification (required)
• Positive attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn
• Ability to work efficiently and stay calm during busy hours
• Prior experience in a kitchen is a bonus, but not essential

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,800.00 per month
