Job Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation and cooking in line with company standards
- Prepare ingredients, sauces, and kitchen components under the guidance of senior chefs
- Carry out basic cooking and plating duties with consistency and precision
- Ensure kitchen workstations and equipment are kept clean and hygienic at all times
- Comply with all food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations
- Support the kitchen team to maintain efficient and smooth daily operations
Requirements
- At least 1 - 3 years of relevant working experience preferred
- Background in F&B or culinary training is an advantage on-the-job training will be provided
- Genuine interest in building a long-term career in the culinary field
- Willing to learn, follow instructions, and work effectively within a team
