What You'll Be Doing
- Prep, cook, and plate dishes that impress consistently
- Follow recipes, portion sizes, and kitchen SOPs
- Support junior staff, and keep your station clean and safe
- Work across shifts as needed
- 1-4 years in a busy kitchen (hotel, restaurant, or central kitchen)
- Knows their way around Western or Chinese cuisine
- Calm under pressure, team-first attitude, dependable
