Job Summary

Lead distribution strategy and drive revenue growth across key markets by managing distributor networks, developing new business, and strengthening client relationships in the construction materials sector.

KeyResponsibilities

• Develop and execute distribution and market expansionstrategies
• Lead, manage, and grow distributor networks whileidentifying new business opportunities
• Drive sales across sectors such as construction,transportation, manufacturing, and waterproofing/roofing
• Build and maintain strong relationships with keyaccounts to maximise revenue growth
• Develop marketing plans, pricing strategies, and sales tools to penetrate target markets
• Collaborate with technical and customer service teams to ensure strong product positioning and client support
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer performance to identify growth opportunities
• Oversee sales operations including reporting, forecasting, quotations, and issue resolution

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in distribution /sales within construction materials or related industry
• Strong knowledge of sealing, bonding, waterproofing, or roofing systems
• Proven track record in driving revenue growth through distributor networks and direct sales channels
• Experience managing key accounts and developing new business opportunities
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Possess own vehicle and willing to travel as required
