COMPANY OVERVIEW
Our client, one of the sales and distribution companies in the region that is handling in FMCG products.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responsible in Modern Trade portfolio
  • Create and implement effective sales strategies for the modern trade channel, ensuring alignment with overall objectives.
  • Evaluate market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor actions to identify potential growth opportunities and assess potential risks.
  • Establish specific sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), and track progress towards achieving them.
  • Develop and execute the change management plan, which may include conducting training when necessary and addressing any inquiries or concerns raised by project stakeholders.
  • Work with the Procurement and Supply Chain departments to make precise sales projections and guarantee product availability.
  • Utilize historical data, market trends, and promotional campaigns to forecast sales for the trade channel.
  • Oversee interactions with significant modern trade accounts, bargaining deals and ensuring beneficial conditions for the company.
  • Create joint business plans with major clients, concentrating on building enduring partnerships that foster mutual development.
  • Track sales performance, scrutinize data, and proactively resolve issues to maximize sales opportunities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Proven track record of at least 5 years in modern trade sales management within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG)
  • Possess strong analytical skills and strategic thinking abilities, with a focus on data driven decision-making.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrates leadership attributes for negotiating and exerting influence while overseeing internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Results oriented self-starter, analytical and innovative.
  • Adaptable to fast-moving work environment.
