Overview
Our client is a global NYSE-listed manufacturing group with an international footprint. They are hiring a Commercial FP&A Analyst to support their regional APAC portfolio, partnering closely with business leaders to drive forecasting discipline, commercial insight and strategic decision support across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver monthly performance analysis across revenue, margin and cost drivers, providing actionable commercial insights
- Lead rolling forecasts, annual budgeting and long-range planning for regional entities
- Build financial models and scenario analyses to support pricing, capex and investment decisions
- Partner country GMs and commercial teams to identify risks, opportunities and performance gaps
- Improve reporting processes, dashboards and forecasting accuracy across markets
Requirements
- 3 to 6 years experience in FP&A, commercial finance
- Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel skills
- Exposure to regional or multi-country environments preferred
- Experience with ERP systems and BI tools
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering capability
