An exciting opportunity to play a significant role in International Hotel Sales. The possible commissions are uncapped, and the deals are ready to happen.

Our Head office is in London and we have offices in London, Sydney, Munich, Hong Kong, New York, Dubai and looking for an associate partner based in Singapore.

We currently have over 500 Hotel listings in over 30 countries, ranging from $65m to $1.2m and We also have a large database of buyers wanting to buy.

We work off-market directly with the buyers, and have a huge database to work with. We also raise capital for Hotel funds.

You can work with us either full-time or in conjunction with your current role.

The key is deal sourcing, if you can source off-market Hotels we will have a buyer.

You must either have a Commercial Property background, private/equity or a Hotel background with a good understanding of the property side.

You will need to have strong contacts and know how to deal source.

The role is completely flexible.
