What The Role Is
As a Commercial Properties Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and sustaining a vibrant, relevant, and community centric commercial ecosystem across HDB towns. You will be involved in the overall operations of HDB shopping and office complexes, and HDB heartland shops. This includes customer service and tenancy/lease management of HDB shops, offices and other commercial properties.
What You Will Be Working On
- Administer tenancy matters including renewal, tenancy changes, and arrears management.
- Handle customer feedback from tenants, shoppers, residents and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. community-based organisations, merchant associations) to improve the vibrancy of HDB's commercial amenities.
- Facilitate business continuity for HDB's shop owners and tenants.
- Plan and coordinate stakeholder engagement activities.
What We Are Looking For
- Good background in Estate Management/Real Estate, Building, Project Management, Engineering or the equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated aptitude for customer service.
Selected candidates will be offered a 1+1-year contract.
