The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee's buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.
Job Description
- Responsible for the success of Shopee's key commercial programmes
- Conduct regular price benchmarking and analysis
- Develop pricing models and tools to support decision-making processes
- Monitor and analyse market trends to ensure pricing competitiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional & category teams to implement and execute pricing policies
- Track programme performance metrics and provide regular reports to management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to execute tasks independently
- Proven track record in programme management and effective cross-functional collaboration, with excellent stakeholder management capabilities
- Creative problem-solver with strong analytical thinking and sound judgement
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in working with numbers and skilled in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with Data Studio and SQL is a plus, though not a requirement
