Responsibilities
Operations
. Manage and oversee regional operations to deliver Annual Sales Plans and achieve profitability targets.
. Ensure daily operations align with brand standards and operational excellence.
. Monitor, analyze, and report on key business metrics including sales, inventory, KPIs, and strategic initiatives.
. Maintain and enhance the client database to ensure accuracy and support growth strategies.
. Partner with Marketing and Visual Merchandising teams to execute activations and CRM initiatives effectively.
Commercial Support
. Manage commercial documentation including agreements, terms & conditions and performance summaries.
. Prepare business reports and presentations to support strategic commercial decisions.
. Handle administrative processes such as purchase order creation, invoice tracking, and cost control.
. Collaborate cross-functionally with Merchandising, Logistics, and Marketing to ensure end-to-end operational
execution.
Requirements
. Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field.
. 2 years of experience in retail, commercial, or franchise operations (preferably in fashion or luxury). Fresh
graduates will be considered.
. Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint experience with SAP or retail systems is an advantage.
. Fluent in English proficiency in an additional Asian language is preferred.
