Location: Singapore(preferred) or Remote APAC/EU

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Commercial Marketing Manager to lead and own the marketing function at AITbiotech. You will build and shape our brand presence across global markets, drive commercial growth, and work closely alongside the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy aligned to AITbiotech's commercial roadmap and revenue targets
  • Define and manage the annual marketing calendar -campaigns, exhibitions, content, and channel activities
  • Build and maintain a deep understanding of the IVD and molecular diagnostics market - customers, competitors, trends, and regulatory landscape
  • Track and report on marketing performance - pipeline contribution, campaign effectiveness, and ROI

Distributor Enablement & Channel Marketing

  • Develop and deliver a full suite of distributor marketing tools - product collateral, battle cards, clinical application notes, objection handlers, and localized campaign assets
  • Support distributor onboarding and ongoing engagement -equipping partners with the content and direction they need to identify and win the right accounts
  • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing activities with distributor performance and QBR cycles
  • Tailor messaging and content by market, product line, and buyer persona - across SEA, South Asia, Middle East, Africa, and Europe

Brand, Content & Digital Marketing

  • Own AITbiotech's brand presence across all channels -website, social media, scientific publications, and customer communications
  • Develop high-quality clinical and scientific content -white papers, application notes, case studies, and campaign materials
  • Manage inbound lead generation - digital campaigns, SEO, and congress-driven enquiries - and ensure leads are qualified and routed to the correct distributor
  • Leverage AI-powered tools to scale content production, automate workflows, and improve marketing efficiency

International Exhibitions & Events

  • Identify, evaluate, and plan participation in international congresses and exhibitions across APAC, Middle East, Africa, and EU
  • Manage end-to-end exhibition logistics - booth design, collateral, product demonstrations, lead capture, and post-show follow-up
  • Align exhibition strategy with CE IVDR product launch milestones and regional commercial priorities
  • Co-participate with distributors at regional events to maximize local presence and partner engagement

Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis

  • Monitor competitive landscape - key players, product launches, pricing, and positioning
  • Track tender opportunities and government procurement activity across key markets
  • Monitor epidemiological trends, WHO/AMR developments, and clinical guidelines relevant to AITbiotech's product portfolio
  • Provide regular market intelligence briefings to the sales and leadership teams

EU Expansion & Regulatory Marketing

  • Support EU market entry strategy aligned to the CE IVDR product registration timeline.
  • Develop EU-specific marketing collateral and campaigns tailored to regulatory requirements and buyer needs
  • Support identification and qualification of new EU distributors in collaboration with the sales team

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in life sciences, business, marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in the biotech, medical device, or life sciences industry
  • Strong track record in channel or distributor marketing- developing content, tools, and campaigns that drive partner performance
  • Proven experience planning and executing international exhibitions and trade shows
  • Strong written English - able to produce clinical and commercial content to a high standard without agency support
  • Comfortable working independently and building a marketing function with minimal infrastructure

Preferred

  • Experience in IVD, molecular diagnostics, or clinical laboratory markets
  • Familiarity with CE IVDR, MDR, or IVD regulatory environments
  • Experience working with distributor networks across APAC, Middle East, or EMEA
  • Exposure to AI marketing tools and automation platforms- willingness to adopt and build proficiency is essential
