As the Commercial Manager, you will lead the development and execution of commercial strategies overseeing the entire project lifecycle-from tendering and pricing strategy to contract negotiation and risk mitigation. This role requires a balance of sharp financial acumen and the ability to build trust-based relationships with global partners, clients, and government agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop competitive commercial proposals, including leasing, sale, and hybrid models for marine and infrastructure.
- Lead the full lifecycle of client contracts and subcontracts, ensuring alignment with project requirements and company risk appetite.
- Interface with Business Development, Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure successful project delivery and financial outcomes.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to expand our global network and market presence.
- Identify and mitigate commercial and financial risks while ensuring adherence to insurance and regulatory requirements.

Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years in commercial, contracts, or project management roles.
- Proven track record in contract negotiation, commercial structuring (EPC, leasing, or asset-based models), and risk management.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Background in maritime, offshore, infrastructure, or energy.
Desirable Assets:
- Experience in maritime decarbonization, electric vessels, or energy transition projects.
- Exposure to international projects and government-linked partnerships or grants.
- A postgraduate qualification such as an MBA
