We are looking for a dynamic Commercial Manager to drive growth across our international, distributor-led markets.
This role offers the opportunity to strengthen performance in existing markets while expanding into new markets and channels, including e-commerce.
What You'll Do
As Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for driving sustainable growth and strengthening our presence across both existing markets and new markets:
Drive Market Growth
- Partner with distributors to deliver sales, market share, and profitability targets in existing markets
- Unlock growth opportunities across key channels, including pharmacies, modern trade, and e-commerce
Expand into New Markets
- Evaluate and develop new market opportunities, including market potential, competitive landscape, and regulatory pathways
- Lead market entry strategies covering distribution models, pricing, and go-to-market execution
Lead Distributor Partnerships
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with distributors and local partners
- Align on joint business plans to ensure effective execution of brand and commercial strategies
Shape Brand & Commercial Strategy
- Develop integrated marketing and commercial plans to strengthen Tiger Balm's position in consumer healthcare
- Ensure consistent brand positioning while adapting to local market dynamics
Leverage Market Insights
- Monitor market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive activity to identify opportunities and risks
- Translate insights into actionable strategies
Own Financial Performance
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and A&P investments to deliver sustainable, profitable growth
- Track performance and drive corrective actions where needed
What We're Looking For
- Degree-qualified with 8+ years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in consumer healthcare, OTC, or FMCG
- Strong understanding of distributor-led markets, with experience managing both established and developing markets
- Proven ability to drive growth across multiple markets and channels, including e-commerce
- Commercially astute, with the ability to balance brand building and revenue delivery
- A self-starter with a growth mindset, strong ownership, and a bias for action
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and cross-cultural environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and align partners
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively
