Our client is a Fortune 500 Global Manufacturer and a household name in the construction chemicals industry. We are looking for an ambitious, high-potential Commercial Manager to spearhead their Distribution & Channel strategy in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and optimize the existing distribution network (Resellers, Distributors, and Applicators) to ensure maximum market penetration.
- Execute channel-specific sales strategies, rebate structures, and promotional campaigns to drive P&L performance.
- Identify and onboard new strategic partners to close market gaps in specific product lines.
- Act as the key liaison between the global manufacturing standards and local market execution.
- Review and refine channel management processes to improve efficiency and stock sell-through.
Requirements:
- 4–7 years in Building Materials, Specialty Chemicals, Adhesives, or Coatings.
- Strong background in Indirect Sales / Channel Management. You must understand how to motivate 3rd party resellers.
- Deep understanding of the Singapore construction/hardware distribution landscape.
- A proactive builder personality who can navigate a complex global organization.
