Job Description

Your key responsibilities as Commercial Manager ASEAN will include:

  • New opportunity creation through active networking and lead creation through channel partnerships
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of commercially viable prospects through a healthy level of sales activities in line with our market strategy and commercial targets
  • Engage closely with internal business partners to curate relevant and innovative propositions to prospects
  • End-to-end sales cycle management and complete ownership of the client lifecycle
  • Responsibility of client success, while maintaining a long-term strategic view with the client to drive future mutually beneficial engagements through a structured client success approach
  • Contribute to the overall growth of discovermarket's platform and products

You will possess the following qualifications, experience, and mindset:

. University degree or equivalent, preferably with a strong business component

. Minimum 5 years of working experience in a B2B commercial role in the insurance, consulting, and / or enterprise technology industry. experience in the Non-Lifeinsurance sector Is a plus

. Proven track record of monetizing channel partnerships

. Excellent sales, negotiation, influencing and presentation skills with gravitas, and strong professional presence ability to engage with external parties at a senior level on behalf of discovermarket history of competitive sports is a plus

. A mindset that is both customer-oriented and commercial an ability to identify and bring to market win-win-win propositions for our customers, our partners and discovermarket

. An entrepreneurial attitude, able to pick up and run with a variety of topics, take ownership for activities and stand accountable for the result

. Very strong problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills ability to use data as well as soft skills to drive outcomes attention to detail

. Strong work ethic with the ability to operate autonomously and make sound judgment calls

. Strong planning and organizational skills balanced with the flexibility to meet the demands of a growth-up environment

. International orientation, able to work, communicate, and influence people from diverse backgrounds

. A track record of achieving results internationally, and a willingness to travel internationally

. Fluency in English other languages relevant for business throughout SE Asia are a plus
