Commercial Manager, APAC

Morgan McKinley is partnering with a client to hire for a Commercial Manager, APAC to spearhead wholesale and distribution growth across the APAC region. This is a strategic role for someone passionate about driving business expansion, building partnerships, and unlocking new market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead initiatives to enter new markets and accelerate lead generation for wholesale accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and strategic partners across APAC.
• Oversee pricing strategies, commercial negotiations, and profitability management for wholesale accounts.
• Collaborate with category teams to ensure brand visibility and product consistency across distribution channels.
• Develop and execute regional growth strategies for wholesale and distribution networks.
• Identify emerging opportunities, untapped markets, and key partnerships to drive revenue expansion.
• Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry developments, competitive moves, and customer needs.

What Were Looking For:

• At least 10 years experience in wholesale or distribution management, preferably in sectors like Perfumes & Cosmetics, Liquor, Tobacco, or Confectionery.
• Proven success in business development and regional market growth.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with a strategic mindset.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Confident communicator with strong negotiation abilities.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
