About the Team

The Commercial Management team sits at the intersection of business, product and data, partnering with cross-functional teams to launch new initiatives, optimise commercial performance and shape how Monee's regional financial services products grow across Southeast Asia and Latin America.

Responsibilities

  • Own the commercial performance of key business initiatives by evaluating revenue, profitability, ROI, customer acquisition, product adoption and portfolio health, identifying opportunities that accelerate sustainable growth.
  • Partner with Product and cross-functional stakeholders to shape product strategy, go-to-market plans and growth initiatives through market research, competitive benchmarking, customer insights and commercial analysis.
  • Build dashboards, financial models and decision-making frameworks to translate complex data into actionable recommendations, supporting product investments, business planning and resource allocation.
  • Lead or support high-impact regional initiatives from opportunity assessment through execution, working closely with Product, Marketing, Risk, Finance and Operations to deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Evaluate customer behaviour, market dynamics and operational performance to uncover growth opportunities, optimise customer journeys and improve the scalability of new and existing products.
  • Challenge existing processes, identify operational bottlenecks and recommend practical solutions that improve efficiency, customer experience and long-term business performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Business Management, Product Management, Business Operations, Management Consulting, Business Analysis, Performance Marketing, Banking, FinTech, Technology or related fields.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to evaluate business performance, understand customer behaviour and balance customer, product and commercial objectives when making decisions.
  • Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel, with experience building dashboards, business models or analytical frameworks to support business decision-making.
  • Excellent analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex problems into practical and actionable solutions.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working effectively across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exposure to product strategy, go-to-market planning, commercial growth, financial services or digital products would be an advantage.
