WSH is building next-generation digital asset infrastructure across tokenization, CBDC enablement, token exchange, and custodial services. We work with regulators, banks, fintechs, and asset issuers to build compliant, production-grade solutions.
We are hiring a Commercial Lead to shape our RWA & CBDC market entry, before products are fully built.
This is not a traditional sales role. You will engage the market, identify real gaps, and translate insight into product and go-to-market direction.
What You'll Do
- Engage regulators, banks, custodians, fintechs, and RWA issuers to understand real needs, constraints, and opportunities
- Identify gaps across tokenization, CBDC rails, exchanges, and custody
- Develop early commercial opportunities, pilots, and strategic partnerships
- Qualify opportunities based on regulatory feasibility, commercial value, and strategic fit
- Translate market feedback into clear inputs for product and leadership
- Support early GTM positioning for Singapore and the broader APAC region
What This Role Is (and Is Not)
This role is: market discovery, strategic, consultative, early-stage
This role is not: cold sales, quota-only selling, or speculative crypto
What You Bring
815+ years in commercial, BD, or partnerships roles within:
- Banking, payments, capital markets, fintech, or regulated digital assets
- Comfortable operating before products exist
- Able to turn conversations into structured insights and decisions
- Experience engaging senior stakeholders (regulators, banks, C-suite)
Strong understanding of at least two:
- CBDC models
- RWA tokenization
- Custody & wallet models
- Financial market infrastructure
Nice to Have
- MAS / APAC regulator or bank ecosystem exposure
- Experience with sandboxes, pilots, or industry consortia
- Background in launching new platforms or infrastructure, not just selling mature products
Why Join
You will help decide:
- What we build
- Who we build it for
- Where we can win in the RWA & CBDC ecosystem
This role has direct influence on product roadmap, partnerships, and long-term strategy.
