Job description
This is a high impact, commercially focused role partnering directly with the APAC regional leadership team. You will playa key role in driving financial performance, supporting business strategy, and delivering commercial insight across the region.
The role reports into the global Finance leadership and you will be managing a small team.
Responsibilities:
- Finance business partnering with senior regional leadership
- Regional P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting
- Commercial and financial analysis by office, team, client, and engagement
- Pricing support for bids, tenders, and client proposals
- Supporting regional strategy, business planning, and ad-hoc growth initiatives
- Driving consistency of financial reporting across the region
Requirements:
- 10+ years in a senior finance or business management role with background in professional services or a leading global organisation
- Recognised accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent)
- Strong commercial and analytical acumen
- Experience managing and developing a team
- Comfortable operating in a matrix, cross-functional environment
