Commercial Finance Manager

The Commercial Finance Manager will oversee end-to-end financial processes for the markets within our Asia Cluster, with a specific focus on managing the commercial finance team and together deliver finance partnership with business stakeholders on daily commercial agenda, as well as regular performance review, Pl management, and long-term strategic development.

You will ensure accurate financial reporting and reliable financial forecasting, while acting as a trusted finance business partner to the cluster's commercial team. You will also promote financial best practices across Asian markets and ensuring full transparency and insights with the Cluster Finance team.

Key areas of responsibilities

• Managing the commercial finance team, be a caring leader, role model for right team culture, able to motivate, to coach and to grow the team

• Ensure the accuracy of financial reporting and forecasting, with clear analytical path from key business drivers

• Provide financial and commercial support to guide the commercial teams on online and offline store performance, wholesales performance, marketing effectiveness, promotion effectiveness, labor productivity, cost efficiency and control, and etc.

• Participate in cluster/market project teams, which can be in the commercial finance, or outside

What type of expertise does the position need

• 7 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Commercial Finance. Experiences in Accounting is advantageous

• Work experience in managing retail stores financials and wholesales business are required, preferably within retail, FMCG, fashion-luxury, particularly with experience in the Asian markets

• Fluent in English is mandatory proficiency in additional Asian languages is a strong plus

• Understanding of the Asian market dynamics, cultures and regulations

• Profile with proven advanced data skills is an advantage

• Proactive, result oriented, having strong commitment to the tasks and to the team
