Role Overview
We are looking for a Commercial Finance Manager to join our team, partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to drive strategic, databacked decisionmaking. In this role, you will play a critical part in translating financial insights into commercial impact, improving profitability, and supporting key business priorities across the organisation.

What you'll be doing
Deliver financial analysis on business performance, including sales forecasts, pricing, and market trends, identifying key drivers and recommending improvement strategies.
Partner with commercial teams-Sales, Marketing, and Operations-to align financial objectives with strategic business priorities and drive actionable insights.
Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles, ensuring alignment with business targets while providing variance analysis and performance review insights.
Develop and monitor KPIs that reflect commercial performance, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities for growth.
Support decisionmaking by building robust business cases, financial models, scenario plans, and risk assessments.
Facilitate commercial projects, including M&A support, financial due diligence, valuation analysis, integration planning, and global bestpractice sharing.
Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, regulations, and audit requirements, partnering with internal and external auditors.
Drive continuous improvement, identifying opportunities for process optimization, automation, and efficiency gains across financial workflows.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CFA) strongly preferred.
5-7 years of progressive experience in commercial finance, management accounting, or financial controlling, preferably in a fastpaced or complex environment.
Advanced Excel skills experience in financial modelling, Power BI, and finance automation tools is a strong advantage.
