Commercial Finance Director to support their next phase of growth.
Job Description
- Act as a strategic business partner to your global business leaders, advising on financial performance, growth strategies, and commercial decisions
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for the region
- Drive commercial value through pricing strategy, contract negotiation, and margin management
- Lead and manage regional or global finance teams, fostering talent development and cross-market collaboration
- Support large, complex client deals and renewals with commercial input and financial modelling
- Identify and drive cost efficiencies, profitability improvements, and risk mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with global headquarters on financial governance, reporting standards, and best practices
- Deliver insights through dashboards and business intelligence tools to support data-driven decisions
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal controls
The Successful Applicant
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or professional qualification (e.g. CA, CPA, ACCA) preferred
- At least 10-15 years of experience in commercial finance roles, with some years within professional services, consulting, media advertising or B2B environments
- Proven track record in leading regional or global finance teams
- Demonstrated experience in pricing strategy, deal structuring, and client contract negotiations
- Strong commercial acumen and business partnering skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities
- Proficiency in financial systems, analytics tools, and dashboard reporting (e.g., Power BI, SAP, Hyperion)
