Take ownership and responsibility for data collection within Howden Asia to support the HX Markets team's requirements for insurer reporting, in addition to key commercial data around GWP, income margin, insurers and products to help create a global view across HBG
Supporting data ingestions within Howden Asia, into our group data warehouse, Accelerator
Working across different parts of the business to support consistency in data standards, such as consistent reporting of products and global practices
Supporting the roll-out of strategic dashboards and data champions to encourage usage of commercial data within the business
Start to build knowledge on local businesses and processes, and link this back to the wider eco system work stream, and roll out of the new global broking platform
Knowledge and Experience:
Qualified accountant with 2-3 years work experience
Insurance or financial services knowledge preferable
To be detailed oriented and good interpersonal communication skills
Keen interest in technology and transformation
Happy to work in an ever changing environment engaging with stakeholders from around the world
