Role Description This full-time, on-site Commercial Executive / Senior Commercial Executive (Sales Support) role is based in Singapore. The role involves supporting the sales and commercial team with preparation of quotations, service proposals, and commercial documentation for turbocharger MRO projects. Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, coordinating follow-ups on quotes and service orders, and ensuring timely responses to customers and internal stakeholders. The position requires maintaining accurate records in internal systems, tracking ongoing jobs, and assisting in order processing and billing. The role also involves collaborating with operations and technical teams to align service delivery with customer requirements, monitoring customer satisfaction, and supporting commercial reporting and analysis.

Qualifications

  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in Commercial and Commercial Management, preferably in industrial, marine, or engineering services.
  • Capability in customer-focused activities, including Customer Service and proactive Following Up on quotations, orders, and service requests.
  • Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal teams.
  • Attention to detail with strong organizational and documentation skills for handling quotations, contracts, and records.
  • Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office) and familiarity with ERP or CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Diploma or degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
  • Prior experience in sales support, commercial coordination, or customer service in a technical or B2B setting is beneficial.
