Commercial Executive | Marine Industry

Work Location: Tuas, Singapore
Working Hours: Mon - Fri 7.30am - 5pm
Monthly Salary: Base up to $4000 + Variable Bonus (VB)
Employment Type: Full time, Permanent Contract

This organization is a long‑established engineering service provider specializing in maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) for critical machinery used in marine, offshore, energy, and industrial applications. With decades of experience, it has built a reputation for technical expertise, reliability, and global service coverage.

Responsibility

Customer Support - Manage customer enquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring effective responses to service requests.
Quotation & Order Management - Prepare accurate quotations and coordinate service orders with Sales, Operations, Procurement, and Technical teams.
Invoicing & Payment - Generate invoices on time and support the Sales Team in facilitating early payment collection.
Vendor & Internal Coordination - Liaise with vendors for parts procurement and collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Problem Resolution - Address issues related to quotations, order fulfilment, and invoicing, ensuring timely resolution.
Ad‑hoc Duties - Perform additional tasks assigned by the Commercial Manager to support overall business operations.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales quotation, customer administration, or commercial support (handling quotations, order fulfilment, and invoicing)
Strong interpersonal skills for well communications.
Familiarity with ERP or invoicing systems is an added advantage
Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
