Job Description

Develop, monitor and assess governance, risk and compliance control system
Responsible for company's onboarding policies and global compliance to company's onboarding policies
Responsible for overseeing and updating all global commercial Terms and Conditions
Assisting the Sales team with the review of customer agreements
Collaborate with the Finance, Sales and HR departments to monitor enforcement of standards and regulations
Liaising with internal global stakeholders in various countries and filing of various agreements
Maintaining the integrity of large amounts of data in the contracts database
Coordinating the execution of agreements with internal and external signatories.
Monitor and report on regulatory changes and developments, and industry-specific regulations
Conduct basic training sessions (legal orientation training).
Reviewing Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) and liaising with the relevant departments to obtain information to review the NDA.
