Commercial Executive (Costing & Estimation)

Your primary role will be to prepare tenders and billing documents for ship repair and conversion assignments, based on cost breakdowns for labor hours, materials, suppliers, and subcontractor inputs, both before and after project confirmation.

Responsibilities:
. Review technical specifications and ensure timely delivery of pricing proposals
. Actively identify and liaise with subcontractors and vendors capable of supporting marine repair services
. Manage issuance of Purchase Orders and conduct pricing and term negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers
. Collaborate with customers to clarify, negotiate, and finalize invoicing matters track project progress and maintain accurate cost and budget records
. Negotiate procurement terms and place orders for equipment required for vessel repair and conversion activities
. Generate and present project profit & loss statements for management evaluation

Requirements:
. Engineering degree from a recognized university or equivalent institution
. Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in ship repair operations
. At least 3 years of relevant experience in a commercial function within a medium-sized shipyard
