You will be part of the Commercial Excellence team at our APAC regional headquarters, where we transform commercial and market data into strategic decisions that impact our business across Asia-Pacific. In this role, youll gain hands-on experience working on real-world business challenges, focusing on the Korean market while supporting growth initiatives across the region.

Together with your team, youll dive deep into business intelligence, data analytics, and market insightscontributing to performance strategies that shape how we grow across diverse markets.

The Impact Youll Make:

• Drive business insight by conducting detailed commercial analysis for the Korea market, including sell-in/sell-out, trade stock, and margin performance.
• Strengthen regional performance by identifying sales opportunities and supporting sales growth initiatives across APAC countries.
• Deliver actionable recommendations through data analysis on offline distribution expansion, in-store personnel effectiveness, and product prioritization.
• Support market-level strategic decision-making by reconciling complex datasets and creating a clear picture of commercial performance.
• Expand your knowledge of commercial excellence by exploring different market dynamics and working with a wide range of business intelligence tools.

The Skills and Knowledge Youll Bring:

• Currently pursuing a relevant academic degree in Data Analytics, Business Management, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
• Results and action-oriented, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel. Familiarity with Power BI or SAP Analytics Cloud is a plus.
• Able to commit to a part-time/full-time internship (minimum 3 days/week) until December 2025 (Applications for Jan-Jun 2026 are welcome to apply as well)
