Position Overview:
As a Consultant focusing on commercial due diligence and investigations, you will work closely with clients to assess market opportunities, evaluate risks, and provide actionable insights. Your analytical skills and industry knowledge will be essential in delivering high-quality reports and recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough commercial due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and investments in the financial services sector.
- Perform in-depth research and analysis on market trends, competitors, and regulatory environments.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and tailor investigative approaches.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations that communicate findings and recommendations.
- Engage in client meetings and presentations, effectively conveying complex information in a clear manner.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 3 to 8 years of experience in market research, or a related field, preferably within financial services.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data and present findings effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
