Job Description

Brief Summary

We are seeking a dynamic commercial leader to drive revenue growth and optimize margins across multiple channels. This role offers the opportunity to influence market strategies and develop key client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy aligned with business goals. Oversee sales management across various sectors, including wholesale distribution, corporate accounts, and the hotel, restaurant, and cafe sector. Set sales targets and KPIs, monitor performance, and initiate required actions for improvement. Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and negotiate terms with major accounts. Develop and oversee product portfolio and pricing strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Lead and mentor the commercial team, fostering a high-performance culture and collaboration with marketing and operations. Analyze and report market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to enhance decision-making and performance.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field is essential. Proven leadership experience in commercial or sales roles, ideally within the beverage industry. Strong exposure to hotel, restaurant and cafe sector, wholesale, and B2B environments. Demonstrated ability in revenue growth, key account management, and team development. In-depth knowledge of global wine markets, including trends and producer insights. WSET certification or equivalent wine-related qualification is a plus. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
