Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the strategic planning and commercial growth of assigned pharmaceutical and healthcare portfolios, including business forecasting, lifecycle planning, and launch readiness activities.
  • Formulate and execute integrated sales and marketing initiatives to achieve revenue, market share, and profitability targets.
  • Analyze market dynamics, customer insights, competitor activities, and healthcare industry trends to identify business opportunities and support decision-making.
  • Lead the development and implementation of promotional strategies, brand campaigns, and market engagement activities across pharmaceutical and medical product portfolios.
  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders across commercial, medical, regulatory, and supply chain functions to ensure seamless execution of business objectives.
  • Facilitate portfolio review discussions and strategic planning sessions to align sales priorities, marketing direction, and operational execution.
  • Track and evaluate campaign performance, sales effectiveness, and return on investment, recommending enhancements to improve market impact.
  • Conduct competitive intelligence assessments and provide strategic recommendations based on product positioning, market performance, and industry benchmarking.
  • Manage annual commercial and marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and cost optimization.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with healthcare professionals, business partners, and key accounts to expand market presence and accelerate growth opportunities.
  • Represent the organization in external engagements, maintaining strong partnerships with stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem.
  • Lead, coach, and develop team members while promoting a collaborative, high-performance, and results-driven culture.
