Commercial Coordinator (Sales & Order Fulfilment)

Salling Search is currently recruiting for a Commercial Coordinator (Sales & Order Fulfilment) for a Dutch family-owned business with more than fifty years in marine electrical supply, building its first office in Singapore. This is an early hire on the commercial side - the person who handles customers, quotes, and orders, and helps build relationships with buyers as the business grows.

This role suits someone commercially minded who wants to grow with a company from the start.

Responsibilities

• Act as the day-to-day point of contact for customers, preparing quotations and managing RFQs
• Process orders and follow up to keep things moving
• Work closely with suppliers and the warehouse to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
• Help build and maintain relationships with purchasers and buyers
• Take on broader commercial scope as the business grows

Requirements

• Background in internal sales, sales support, customer service, or order processing, ideally within the marine, maritime, or equipment supply space
• Confident handling quotations and RFQs, and comfortable working in an ERP or order system
• Customer-focused, organised, and proactive, with an interest in growing into a broader commercial role

You will join early and help build the commercial side of a new operation, with real room to grow as the company scales.

The office and warehouse are located at Pioneer Road, West Singapore. Working hours are Monday to Friday plus alternate Saturday half-days, with overtime expected during busy periods.
