Job Description

This role requires an agile, strategic leader with sharp commercial acumen and deep market insight, capable of accelerating brand and portfolio growth, maximizing gross margins, and driving fast-to-market operational innovation in a highly competitive landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement strategic department goals that align with organizational objectives, financial benchmarks, and evolving industry standards.
  • Lead all strategic sourcing activities, encompassing demand planning, market sourcing, supplier negotiation, and commercial contract management.
  • Analyze market data, insights, and the competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and proactively mitigate risks.
  • Manage and continuously nurture key external partnerships to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and operational continuity.
  • Partner effectively with cross-functional internal stakeholders to align and achieve business objectives.
  • Champion continuous improvement, operational innovation, and sustainable practices.
  • Monitor, analyze, report on core performance and sales metrics.
  • Mentor, guide, and develop junior specialists.
  • Stay continually updated on industry and regulatory developments, and emerging technologies that impact the external environment ecosystem.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or portfolio management.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering strategic business initiatives and driving measurable commercial results.
  • Excellent analytical capabilities with the proven ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable business strategies.
  • Advanced negotiation and robust contract management skills.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management abilities across all levels of an organization.
  • Demonstrated experience working seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
