The Purpose of the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory & Order Planning Executive to ensure smooth inventory management, order fulfilment, and regional support across our subsidiaries. This role is key in maintaining strong supplier relationships, driving operational efficiency, and supporting our sales teams with accurate pricing and timely information.

About the Role

In this role, you will:

  • Plan and manage inventory levels to support business requirements.
  • Review, verify, and approve Purchase Orders (POs), ensuring pricing accuracy and stock availability.
  • Consolidate and issue POs to suppliers, while allocating stocks to subsidiary offices.
  • Provide price quotations and prepare shipping invoices for regional subsidiaries.
  • Forecast and plan consolidation orders for principals and suppliers.
  • Support the local sales team with order confirmations and ERP order entries.
  • Consolidate monthly reports for suppliers and prepare sales target/budget reports for subsidiaries.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO9001:2015 Quality Management System standards.

About You

You will thrive in this role if you have:

  • A Diploma or a Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Experience in inventory management, order planning, or supply chain coordination.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office applications.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with suppliers, subsidiaries, and internal teams.
  • The ability to prioritize, manage deadlines, and maintain high standards under pressure.
