Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Applications Manager to oversee the delivery of web and desktop application projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are clearly defined, timelines are met, and technical objectives are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage development projects using Agile methodologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyse business and user requirements.
- Translate requirements into process flowcharts, functional specifications, and user stories.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment with business goals and application development lifecycle best practices.
- Leverage knowledge of Azure, AWS, APIs, databases, and RPA/CUA to support project delivery.
- Promote adoption of AI-centric technologies where applicable.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of relevant experience as a Project Manager and/or Business Analyst.
- Proven experience in desktop and web application development life cycles.
- Strong technical understanding of Azure/AWS, APIs, databases, and automation technologies (RPA/CUA) experience with AI solutions is a plus.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in creating business process models and user journey flowcharts.
- Ability to work independently and start immediately.
