Job Description

Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market analysis and relationship building.
Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations.
Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and presentations to stakeholders.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and network with potential clients.
Strong analytical and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools as well as shipping contracts such as Bimco agreements.
Experience in the Maritime industry.
Experience in the Offshore support vessel sector would be an advantage
