About the Role

As retail continues to evolve, so must the role of a designer.

At RizonHome, design goes beyond creating artwork. We are looking for a Commerce Designer who can combine creativity with commercial thinking - supporting branding, digital marketing, content creation, customer engagement, and sales initiatives.

You will contribute across graphic design, social media content, photography, video creation, and live-streaming activities to help strengthen our brands and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

. Design marketing materials for retail, e-commerce, and social media platforms.
. Create visual assets for advertisements, promotions, product launches, and campaigns.
. Design product packaging, POS materials, catalogues, and merchandising visuals.
. Create content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
. Support photography, videography, and short-form video production.
. Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
. Participate in live-streaming activities and content creation initiatives.
. Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.
. Work closely with Sales, E-Commerce, Procurement, and Management teams on creative projects.
. Keep abreast of design trends, social media trends, and AI-assisted creative tools.
. Undertake other duties and projects assigned by Management.

Requirements

. Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or related disciplines.
. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
. Experience with video editing software is an advantage.
. Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation.
. Knowledge of AI creative tools will be an advantage.
. Strong design sense with attention to detail.
. Good communication and teamwork skills.
. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Monday to Thursday: 9.00am - 6.30pm
Friday: 9.00am - 6.00pm
Alternate Saturday: 9.00am - 1.00pm
