Duties & Responsibilities
Leadership & People Management
- Lead and supervise up to 500 uniformed officers, ensuring team discipline and effectiveness.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement to the operations team
Operations Management
- Act as the incident focal point, manage reports, follow-ups, and escalations.
- Ensure operational compliance with SOPs, directives, MOM, and PRD regulations.
- Conduct site checks, security surveys, and drive improvements in processes.
Strategic Planning & Compliance
- Contribute to organizational strategy and planning as part of the management team.
- Track unit KPIs, finical target, safety compliance, and conduct regular risk assessments.
- Ensure full compliance with internal audits, external regulations, and safety standards.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including clients, government authorities, and regulators.
Skills & Experience
- Degree or Diploma in any discipline. Related field such as Security Management, Business Administration will be considered favorably.
- Proven leadership experience in a similar command, security, or operations role, ideally in a high-volume or regulated environment such as Singapore Armed Forces, Singapore Police Force or reputable security industry
- Strong knowledge of manpower regulations (MOM & PRD), security protocols, and access control procedures.
- Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and crisis management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting and stakeholder engagement.
- Sound understanding of operational planning, risk assessment, and compliance requirements.
- Able to work under pressure in dynamic 24/7 operational settings.
