.Oversee daily cold chain transport and warehousing operations for frozen, chilled, and perishable goods.

.Manage the scheduling, routing, and deployment of refrigerated vehicles for timely deliveries.
.Optimise delivery routes to increase fleet efficiency and reduce fuel consumption.
.Coordinate last-mile distribution to retail partners, F&B outlets, supermarkets, and healthcare clients.
.Oversee vehicle maintenance schedules, COE renewals, servicing, and breakdown response procedures.
3. Warehouse & Inventory Management
.Manage multi-temperature storage facilities, including freezer, chiller, and ambient zones.
.Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, stock rotation, FIFO/FEFO practices, and inventory accuracy.
.Ensure safe storage conditions and complete temperature tracking for all stored items.
.Lead regular stock audits and maintain accurate inventory documentation.
4. Quality, Safety & Compliance
.Ensure compliance with SFA, NEA, and cold chain handling guidelines.
.Maintain hygiene, safety, and food quality standards across warehouse and transport operations.
.Investigate temperature deviations, product spoilage incidents, and service failures.
.Prepare audit reports and documentation required for regulatory inspections.
5. Client Relationship & Service Excellence
.Maintain communication with key clients to ensure service requirements are met.
.Respond to operational issues, delivery updates, or service disruptions promptly.
.Prepare logistics performance reports and service-level summaries for customers.
.Coordinate customised logistics solutions based on client needs.
6. Team Leadership & Training
.Lead, train, and supervise logistics coordinators, drivers, and warehouse staff.
.Conduct onboarding and competency training for cold chain handling.
.Implement structured performance reviews and operational KPIs.
.Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence.
7. Process Improvement & Technology Integration
.Identify opportunities for operational improvements in routing, storage, and workflow.
.Implement digital solutions such as temperature monitoring systems, fleet management tools, and logistics software.
.Reduce spoilage rates, shorten turnaround time, and improve order accuracy.
.Review operational costs and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
