Coking Coal Managing Director

Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead the acquisition of international coking coal resources, independently develop high-quality overseas suppliers, and establish long-term and stable procurement channels.

2. Analyze international/domestic coking coal market dynamics (supply and demand, price, policy, etc.) and formulate business strategies.

3. Collaborate with the risk control team to control compliance and risk management.

4. Build and lead an international team.

Job Requirements:

1. More than 8 years of international coking coal trading experience, relatively stable international first-hand resources, and sales capabilities for multiple countries.

2. Have team management experience and can effectively lead the team to achieve performance goals.

3. Excellent business negotiation skills, internal drive, and cross-cultural communication skills.
