Company Description Gray Matter Solutions Pte Ltd is a Singapore-based MedTech spin-off from Nanyang Technological University focused on transforming the diagnosis and treatment of Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI). The company is developing ReCOGnAIze, a digital platform that combines advanced technology with clinically validated assessments to support patients and clinicians in detecting MCI. In about 10–15 minutes, interactive cognitive games provide precise MCI detection, while personalized dashboards deliver detailed reports to guide care pathways. By distinguishing MCI sub-types, ReCOGnAIze aims to improve diagnostic accuracy and enable timely, targeted interventions that enhance health outcomes. The team is committed to innovating future solutions that advance cognitive health and clinical practice.

Role Description This is a full-time role based in Singapore. The Psychologist will conduct neuropsychological assessments, including cognitive and diagnostic evaluations, to support ongoing research and product work. This role involves conducting assessments, designing new products and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to refine assessment protocols for the ReCOGnAIze platform. The role might also involve clinical work.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Psychology and Counseling Psychology to support assessment, case formulation, and therapeutic recommendations.
• Proficiency in Psychological Testing, particularly cognitive and neuropsychological assessments relevant to MCI.
• Knowledge of Mental Health, including mood, anxiety, and cognitive disorders, and their impact on functioning and quality of life.
• Research Experience in Clinical Supervision, peer consultation, or mentoring within clinical or academic settings.
• Experience working in medical, neuropsychological, or geriatric settings is an advantage.
• Ability to interpret clinical data, write clear reports, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary and product development teams.
• Strong ethical standards, cultural sensitivity, and commitment to evidence-based practice.
