The role oversees daily food service covering cold/hot beverages and cooked light meals, ensuring operational efficiency (staff management, safety compliance, inventory control) and financial performance
- Operational Efficiency: Directs daily F&B activities with sufficient manpower coverage, monitors compliance with legal, health and hygiene regulations.
- Financial Performance: Manages inventory, reduces waste, and accountable of POS daily reporting c
- Vendor Management: Build and maintain good rapport with suppliers, active tracking of deliverables and datelines
- Customer Service & Quality: Ensures high-quality food standards, handles customer feedback, and drives service excellence.
- Strategic Planning: Develops recruitment and training plan for staffs, and works on business growth initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience as an operations manager, or similar role, in industrial coffeeshop
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills to lead a diverse team
- Knowledge: Expertise in food safety (HACCP), inventory management, and cost control techniques.
- Communication: Effective communication skills for coordination with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
